Anthropology inspired ruffle curtains

Much cuter in person, but what can you do. The project probably cost a total of $20, maybe even less.
materials:
2 queen white sheets at Goodwill ($4 each)-used for the ruffles
1 cream twin sheet at Walmart ($3)-the curtain the ruffles are attached to
2 shades of RIT fabric dye- hand dyed the sheets cut in strips and removed 2 at the same time in intervals of 5 min.
2 curtain rods at Target
